One of the biggest parts of being a leader is knowing how to serve your team and lead effective. This requires assessing three key areas: technical skill, human skill, and conceptual skill. Developing these three skills will not only make you a better leader but it will also influence team collaboration and performance.

Following the completion of this lesson, participants should understand the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (S.W.O.T) of their leadership skills. Participants will complete a S.W.O.T. analysis for their leadership and technical skills. The information from the S.W.O.T. analysis will be used towards an exercise later in the course.
